How to Block Websites on a Belkin Router

Step1: open your web browser and put the address “192.168.2.1” in address filed and press enter.Login page will appear.

Step2: Enter your user name and password to access the router configuration utility. If you have never changed the password, enter nothing in the password box and click "Submit."

Step3: Click on the "Parental Control" on the left side of the screen. Note that you must have a subscription in order to use this service, but most Belkin routers include a six-month free trial. Enter your email address and password to log into the parental control menu.

Step4: Click on the "Modify" button and then click the "Overrides" tab.

Step5: Enter the name of the website that you wish to block. Use the menu to select "Always blocked." Save and exit the configuration. The website that you entered will now always be inaccessible, unless the parental control manager password is entered.
